HVAC Technician - Time Square Club and Resort, Bhuj - Gujarat
JOB DESCRIPTION :
Job Summary: ·
Smooth operation and maintenance of
complete HVAC system including AC Plant, AHUs, TFAs, FCUs, Splits units, Window ACs. ·
Smooth operation and maintenance of all kitchen
refrigeration Equipment. ·
Maintain day to day Chiller plant
parameters / consumption records for different AC / refrigeration areas like
temp, running hrs. etc. ·
Save energy/ water where you can. ·
Carry out all Pending, PPM, and KEN-FIX-IT maintenance
during the shift. ·
Apart from above, attend and rectify all complaints with
in minimum time for guest satisfaction.
Responsible for the entire operating and maintenance
of the air-conditioning installations in the Hotel.
