JOB SCOPE SUMMARY

Accountable for conducting seamless activities in and around the hotel premises for guests and record keeping of the same. Providing exceptional levels of guest service throughout the guests’ stay. Liaison with local bodies for efficiency and effectiveness.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Organize Full Day and Half Day Spiritual and Historical City Tours.
  • Organize Inter-City Tours.
  • Organize Boat Rides and Water Sports Activities.
  • Organize Marine/Aquatic Life & Coral Reef Watching Tours.
  • Organize Bird-Watching and Feeding Tours.
  • Organize Sunrise & Sunset Watching Tours.
  • Organize Star-Gazing Tours.
  • Organize Cycling Tours.
  • Organize Guided Archery Sessions.
  • Organize Private and Group Yoga Sessions.
  • Organize Private and Group Meditation Sessions.
  • Organize Outdoor Picnic Activities.
  • Publish Day/Weekly/Monthly Activity Schedules.
  • Host Daily Contests for all age groups.
  • Host Bi-Weekly Champ Show and Theme-Based Events.
  • Host Weekly Musical Theme Events.
  • Host Daily Evening Entertainment Events.
  • Achieve Targets and KRA’s.
  • Add minimum of one new Revenue Generating activity per month.
  • Closely monitor Stores and Indenting.
  • Conduct and Record Departmental Staff Trainings.
  • Monthly repair/ Check/PPM of Adventure Sports Equipment.
  • Monthly Departmental Inventory.
  • Drive and implement Corporate Social Activities.
  • Contract for Special Events with vendors at-least three months prior to events such as – Holi, Diwali, Christmas, New Year etc.

 

Daily Work Procedures

  • Reports 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled time of briefing/debriefing/meetings.
  • Is well groomed at all times of the day.
  • Collects and signs-in/out for keys and mobile.
  • Reads, signs and updates the log book and activity register.
  • Conducts briefing.
  • Assigns and communicates areas and duties.
  • Ensures all guest remarks are communicated and adhered to.
  • Ensures communication of requirement to concerned areas.
  • Conducts all daily tasks diligently.
