Management Training Programme 

104 weeks of Training scheduled
Department heads will play the role of a ‘COACH’ throughout the training period.
The role of a Coach will be to train, guide, advise and supervise the progress of the
training on a monthly basis. These meetings have to be in person and must be
recorded and submitted to the Training Manager for a review.
Training Manager to conduct monthly meetings will all persons undergoing the
program and record feedback.
This can be however done only after taking approval from General Manager/Unit
Head. Corporate heads of respective divisions to be consulted before doing the
same.
The training will be divided as under:
• 77 weeks of Beginners Training in Core department.
• 4 weeks of Operational Efficiency Training in Allied departments.
• 20 weeks of Specialist Training in Core department – Assistant Manager Level /
Executive Level

Criteria for Application:
• Graduate or Equivalent Educational Qualification.
• Above 19 and Below 25 Years of Age.
• Certified as medically fit by the Company doctor. Criteria for Promotion:
• Successful completion of Program as per hotel norms.
• Graduate or Equivalent Educational Qualification.
• Less Than 30 Years of Age
• Minimum Performance Rating of Above-Target or equivalent in last two
assessment years.
• Clearance of Final Assessment
