India: NILE Hospitality has announced the signing of Courtyard by Marriott Dibrugarh, marking a significant milestone in the company’s expansion into Northeast India. With this development, NILE Hospitality continues to strengthen its position as a leading third-party hotel management platform, combining to unlock value in emerging markets.
This signing is strategically important as it represents Dibrugarh’s first internationally branded hotel and is set to introduce NILE Hospitality’s first Marriott-branded hotel in the Northeast, elevating the region’s hospitality landscape. Positioned as a key gateway to Northeast India, Dibrugarh plays a critical role in connecting commercial, cultural, and tourism corridors across the region.
Located in the city centre, the hotel will offer seamless access to key business hubs, administrative offices, hospitals, and shopping areas, while being just 15 minutes from Dibrugarh Airport. The location further benefits from proximity to Assam’s renowned tea estates and growing commercial ecosystem.
The hotel will feature 75 well-appointed rooms and suites, along with modern amenities including a swimming pool, banquet facilities, and rooftop dining, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
